While EA Sports has decided to take a pass for the most part on the PC platform for its 2009 line-up of games, Konami has come to the PC sports fan's rescue (if you are a soccer fan that is) with the announcement this week of Pro Evolution Soccer 2009. The game will indeed be coming to the PC and a number of other game platforms later this fall.According to a press release from the company, the cover box will have Argentinean forward Lionel Messi as the game's official face. The new installment has supposedly undergone a graphical revamp for the 2009 version along with a number of other additions and improvements including a new Legend mode where a player can control a virtual soccer team member throughout a career.
